French artist living in Miami His training is two-fold: Artistic, with Maryse Eloy and Tuan Pham Ngoc at the Beaubourg Maryse Eloy School of Art and Design at the Industrial Design Superior School (ESDI) where he had the opportunity to rub shoulders with Jean Lin Viaud, one of the pioneers of the discipline. The structural design work of Denis Boudard is readily recognized and the recipient of numerous awards, notably for his collaboration with brands such as: Veuve Clicquot, Escada, Mercedes and Ciroc vodka. He has also collaborated with figures in the field such as: Baldessarini, Jean-Rock, king of Parisian nights Rock and institutions like the Fragrance Foundation. Denis' work is also featured in the permanent collection of the Musée International de la Parfumerie. Reflecting on his training, Denis’ artistic work is a bridge between art and the Design world. Influenced by the kinetic art of Victor Vasarely, Tuan and the French design scene, his creations emerge from hybridization between photo and digital painting. His work as a designer brought him to the realization that only light is important, as it is light that reveals matter. His work has cast light itself on the scene which, reinterpreted, appears to become matter. These works accompany our society which dematerializes itself. His desire is to return to the very essence of things - before matter there was light.
