About Nadya Santacruz
Born in Cali, Colombia; lived most of my life in Florida. On my second grade call I discovered my never ending passion for art, painting pictures for my teachers in the class black board in my home town school.
I'm an auto-didactic artist, always curious. My colorful abstracts bring happy vibrant energy with flowing acrylic and textures in multimedia techniques with perfect imperfections and sometimes emerging figures that brings me joy, harmony and ease. I feel comfortable lost inside my canvas and sculptures.
Painting is my favorite form of meditation, reflecting in the canvases my conversations with the universe.
