Marcello Ibanez

Marcello Ibanez is an Argentinian photographer and chalkboard artist based in Miami, Florida. He takes photos of retro toys, dolls, and figurines bringing them to life. His chalk art and pictures have gained much exposure and have lead him to work with Ford Motors, Evian water, Lust vodka, Del Toro Shoes, The Standard Hotel, Herradura Tequila, exhibitions during Art Basel week, Sleepless Nights, Hollywood Takeover, murals in Wynwood Art District as well as many local galleries in Miami. Marcello has finally been able to share his passion for art in exhibits, galleries and cultural events throughout South Florida and has found ways to express himself with no limits.

Marcello is testing different materials, and playing with new techniques within his unique style. He paints on canvas, wood, metal, furniture, and pretty much in any surface he can get this hands on. His trademark is working with chalk bringing back the old school technique of finger painting. Not only an artist but an animal lover Marcello believes in giving back to the universe. He does so by donating a portion of his proceeds to non-profit organizations helping abused animals.
