Derek Matarangas

Derek has had the opportunity to travel to many countries, which have influenced his photography in many ways. Derek has a very diverse cultural background of Brazilian, Italian and Greek, as well as coming from a family of artist and painters.

He began his photography using a digital camera and progressed into film photography developing his rolls in his kitchen sink. As a self-taught photographer he has found its best not to limit himself to any one style of photography.
