J. Ennis Kirkland

J. Ennis Kirkland took the long way around to meet the fine art world. Trained as a graphic artist and illustrator he spent over 30 years art director for various companies. Fifteen of those years included photography. As a professional photographer, Kirkland has shot both nationally and internationally with subjects ranging from lifestyle and architecture to journalism.

It is from his work in countries like Cuba, Israel, Italy, Northern Ireland and many other locations that he has pulled the images that he now paints. Combining his training as a painter and adding it to his photographs, he has created a unique new style of fine art
