To me, painting is the way to tap the infinite world of possibilities and bring them into our reality, what was, what is and what could be, times ceases to exist allowing everything to become possible. I was born in Venezuela and lived there for 24 years. When I was 24 I married my beautiful wife Cristina and together we embarked on a journey of adventures that took us through the world: We started with Egypt, Bolivia, France, Then our beloved daughter Victoria came in to the world while we were in Houma LA USA. After Houma, we went to Brazil, then back to France and finally we are back in the USA, and this time in Houston Texas, all in 10 years. My family, all those cultures, different people, different landscapes, have influenced my art. |
