Londono-Brunner was born in Cartagena, Colombia and brought up between Colombia and USA.
Her artistic journey began in Colombia were she was a student at the academy of fine arts in Cartagena and then studied Design, graduating in 1989. Further art studies in USA, at FIT in New York and Germany, were she presently lives.
Traveling through America and Europe, has opened the spectrum of her art.
After many years of working as a designer, in fashion and illustration, she has dedicated herself the last ten years to painting.
Her work is an alternative between abstraction and figuration, embracing surfaces and figures, fiction and reality. Man in all the complexity of his actions and feelings, is always at the forefront in her work. Although her interest lies not in reality but in how reality is perceived.
