SIMON MATHEU
Artista mallorquín que inicia su afición artística bajo la influencia de su padre, retratista y paisajista.
Su creatividad artística se inicia en la Barcelona de 1966, donde se desplaza para cursar los estudios de ingeniero industrial. Los últimos años de Picasso, la “movida catalana”, las innumerables tendencias de los años 60, marcaron su formación autodidacta.
Desde entonces, ha compaginado sus labores técnicas con su gran afición: EL ARTE

Mallorcan artist who began his artistic hobby under the influence of his father, portraitist and landscape painter.
His artistic creativity began in Barcelona in 1966, where he traveled to study industrial engineering. The last years of Picasso, the "Catalan movement", the innumerable trends of the 60s, marked his self-taught training.
