Contemporary New York painter Ben Bonart interprets nature’s beauty and serenity in arresting, stylized visuals using an original palette of vibrant colors. Born and raised in Washington, DC, Bonart moved to New York City to pursue his marketing career, working for major agencies as well as founding his own creative marketing boutique.
Along the way, he discovered his passion for painting, and has flourished as an artist with a fresh perspective and sensibility. Now a resident of Nyack, New York, and an avid painter, Ben creates works for galleries, interior designers and private collectors.
Most recently, his work has been on exhibit at The Dragon Gallery in Amagansett, N.Y., The Meeting House in Bedford, N.Y, Ned Kelly and The Happy Dog Gallery in Piermont, N.Y., Westwood Gallery in Westwood, N.J., Gene Reed Gallery in Nyack, N.Y., Art on the Avenue in Greenwich, CT and at the Old Greenwich Art Society.
