I was born at sunset on the twelfth day of January 1952 in a City called Holguin in Cuba.
Raised and mature in the same City, studied Art in the "El Alba" Art School...worked as graphic designer for the Government..I participated in different Art Shows there. I also participated here in various Art Exhibitions in Miami, Key West Georgia and New York.
My paintings and drawings are of earthy figures captured in a moment of non-historic importance, the anodyne, though trying to render them a dramatic value. Nullity is represented as a normal visual thing, like a wall, window or just an apple that seems to be out of place.
Creating and destroying, destroying and recreating the human figure and the interacting environment, sometimes complimenting each other.
The models are real, the distortion is on my mind.
