Jaime Montana Larreamendy: “Tana” born in Bogota, Colombia on September 1957 from a family of Colombo-Vasco immigrants.
Finished high school in Lincoln Nebraska continuing his studies in New York, and graduated as an Electrical Technologist. Entered the airline industry in 1978 with Braniff International, since then and with a very creative mind, travels around the world learning about art. Became a self-taught artist and uses a fusion of cultures and space in his works. Keeps on flying as a cabin supervisor for a major airline and in his free time, does free lance jobs around the world illustrating books, comic strips, story boards, record covers, posters and back stages. He does 2D and 3D animation for television.
